What Comes With Lessons
- A weekly lesson time held for your student with a background-checked teacher
- Up to 10 makeup lessons each calendar year
- Access to Practice Space, the app we use to track progress and share practice resources
- Invitations to our student recitals and studio events
Makeups and Cancellations
Each student gets 10 makeup lessons per calendar year. Makeups must be used within that year and don't roll over.
- Cancel a lesson with 24 or more hours' notice and it qualifies for a makeup.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice don't qualify, and missed lessons aren't refunded or credited.
- Book makeups through the makeup lesson scheduler. The same link is in every Google Calendar lesson event and inside Practice Space. If your lesson is with a different teacher, ask for that teacher's own makeup link.
Billing and Stopping Lessons
We keep a credit card or ACH payment method on file for every student, and it needs to be set up before lessons start. Tuition is charged on the 18th of each month.
- To stop lessons, let us know by the 16th. If you cancel after the 16th, you're committed through the following month.
- If you change your lesson day or time, or add lesson time, you're reserving that new time for next month. That means you can't cancel until the 16th of the month after.
